Free Poems on Demand is performing in Flux Projects  McTell Street Project. We’ll be at the corner of 12th Street and Peachtree (among the food trucks) every Thursday in April:

  • April 3, noon-1pm
  • April 10, 1:30pm-2:30pm
  • April 17, 12:30pm-1:30pm
  • April 24th, noon-1pm

An Attack on ART

December 13, 2013

On this date in 2009… a second violent hit on my Buick Regal Custom in the span of three weeks: clear evidences of the attacks on art which our culture cultivates…

Some people ask: what is a “Regal Custom”. Examples of regal customs are: justice, leniency, wisdom, forbearance, selflessness, responsibility.

A Regal Custom is a way of being that justifies being named kingly, which is different than merely being kingly — different from a grant of royalty by birth. Regal custom attends every act which is a model for living: Kant’s “categorical imperative.”
